Biokatalyst offers online tutoring services in various subjects through its Platform. We provide personalized one-on-one lessons, group sessions, resources, and other educational support as detailed on our Platform.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are accessing the services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a tutor, you must have the qualifications and experience necessary to provide tutoring services in the subjects you offer.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Services Fees

Our tutoring services are provided for a fee as outlined on the Platform. Fees may vary depending on the subject, tutor, and length of the session. Payment is required in full before sessions begin. You may cancel or reschedule a session according to our cancellation policy (see Section 9).

5. Tutor-Student Relationship

7. Tutor Qualifications and Conduct

• Tutors must provide accurate information regarding their qualifications, experience, and expertise.
• Tutors agree to maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct.
• Biokatalyst  reserves the right to remove any tutor from the Platform at its sole discretion if their conduct or qualifications do not meet our standards.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our Platform.
• Tutors are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any student information provided to them during tutoring sessions.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• You may cancel or reschedule a tutoring session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• If a tutor cancels a session, the session will either be rescheduled or refunded, depending on your preference.
• Refunds for sessions will be provided only under circumstances where the session was not conducted or if the tutor fails to meet the agreed-upon terms.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, including but not limited to lesson materials, graphics, and instructional videos, provided through the Platform is owned by [Company Name] or our licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
• Tutors may use and share their own original teaching materials in sessions, but they may not share or distribute proprietary content from the Platform.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, disruptions, or that access will be uninterrupted.

12. Termination

• Biokatalyst may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including inappropriate behavior, failure to make payment, or fraudulent activity.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat . Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Gujarat.
